A free online spreadsheet that works like a tracker

Flicx Sheet keeps what people like about a spreadsheet (rows, columns, typing straight into a cell) and adds the things a spreadsheet is usually missing when a team uses it to track real work.

Bring the sheet you already have

Upload an Excel workbook or a CSV file and every tab becomes a live sheet. Each sheet is stored as a real database table, so edits save the moment you make them and nobody is ever working on an old copy.

Prefer to start from nothing? Create a blank sheet and add columns as you go.

Columns that know what they hold

Give a column a type and it behaves like one. Or leave it as Any and each cell shows what it holds.

Text, number, date and yes/no columns that sort and filter properly
To-do columns with a checkbox on every row
Link, image and document columns: drop a PDF or a photo straight into a cell
Location columns that open on a map
Calendar columns whose dates also appear on your Schedules calendar

Work on it together

Share a project or a single sheet with a link, choose who can view and who can edit, and take access back at any time. See who else is in the sheet, which cell they are editing and where their cursor is, and call them without leaving the page.
